Meditation Transmission Over the Rainbow

 

Request: Drink water before the transmission. Place a glass or bottle of water in your Sacred Space for the meditation transmission.

Take long, deep breaths, then close your eyes and relax. Set the intention to relax every muscle in your body from head to toe.

 

Notice how you are breathing in and out , observe the rhythm. Be aware of all the sounds around you, what you hear from now on, will only help you to relax.

 

And as you exhale, let all the tension and stress be release d that you are holding onto. As you inhale, imagine a cleansing white light that washes away all stressful thoughts in your mind. Feel how they melt away leaving  a deep sense of inner peace and relaxation. Feel all the tension flowing away from your body. Start with the muscles in your face. Let your jaw relax and release the tension. At your sleep and forehead and feel how they relax, you are now drifting into a deeper level of total relaxation. Let your eyes rest and feel how the eyelids are heavy, pleasant and feel the relaxation.

 

Now relax the muscles in the neck and shoulders. Feel how a lot of pressure is taken off your shoulders and you feel relieved, lighter and are more relaxed. And feel that soothing relaxation flowing through your backbones and going down to your lower back and how all the muscles relax. With each inhale feel how your body flows into a total relaxation.

Now let all the muscles in your shoulders that go to your arms and fingers relax. Your arms start to  feel so heavy and at the same time  so pleasant, so relaxing. Breathe in again and relax your chest muscles. As you exhale, feel your abdominal muscles relax. Let all the muscles in your legs all the way to the toes relax. Feel now how your body feels comfortable, as you go deeper and deeper. And while you relax deeper, you imagine a beautiful rainbow bridge. This bridge is located a few meters away from you and if you walk to the rainbow bridge, every step brings you closer to the safe, beautiful and special place which is on the other side of this bridge.

And now you stand at the foot of the Rainbow Bridge. You have a complete sense of freedom and weightlessness. You're not afraid. You feel absolute peace, protection and safety. Your soul knows that you are filled and surrounded by the Universal Love Light Source.

When you take your first step on the brilliant rainbow bridge, you will be overwhelmed by a feeling of peace and tranquility that now flows through you. You become totally immersed in and surrounded by the color, red. Breath in deeply this  ruby red in your Root Center together with the sound of the Crystal Singing Bowl and feel how you incorporate standing tall grounded and anchored on Planet Earth with all the positive aspects of this color and sound in you.

Feel now how you go onwards from the red color and sound in the next color of the Rainbow bridge flowing into the color, orange. Breath in deeply this orange vibrant creative center together with the sound of the Crystal Singing Bowl and feel how you incorporate all the creative positive aspects of this color orange and sound in you.

Now you go to the next color, yellow. Breath in deeply this bright yellow letting it fill your emotional center together with the sound of the Crystal Singing Bowl and feel how you incorporate all the positive aspects of this color yellow empowerment and sound in you. Feel the lightness and freedom.

Now flow to the next color, emerald green. Breath in deeply this healing energy of emerald green letting it fill your Heart together with the sound of the Crystal Singing Bowl and feel how you incorporate all the positive love light healing aspects of this color emerald green and sound in you.

You are now flowing to the next color, sky blue. Breath in deeply this sky blue feeling of deep rest and peace to communicate inwardly and outwardly letting it fill your Throat together with the sound of the Crystal Singing Bowl and feel how you incorporate all the positive peace of communication aspects of this color sky blue and sound in you.

Go now onwards to the next color, indigo. Breath in deeply this indigo feeling of filling you and surrounding you and opening up the third eye and pineal gland together with the sound of the Crystal Singing Bowl and feel how you incorporate all the positive insights of this color indigo and sound in you.

Now slide to the next color, purple. Imagine and feel how this powerful purple color is breathing in every particle of your being. You are now ready to return to the rainbow bridge. When you leave your Medicine Wheel or Stone Circle you are filled with a deep feeling of inner silence, wellness and peace. You know that these positive feelings will continue onwards even after this experience and remain with you during the rest of this day or evening and the coming days. Let these positive aspects be stronger and stronger and every time you listen to the recording of this transmission you will be in a deeper relaxation and receive more clarity and truth.
